A state-of-the-art fitness center is located on site at 6301 Ivy Lane, complete with DirecTV, locker rooms, and shower facilities. Unlimited use is free for all tenants of Capital Office Park. The center is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Equipment includes:

A 1-1/2-mile outdoor fitness course, all within the park, offers a great way to work out on the grounds.
Full-service bank
A new, full-service branch of Old Line Bank is located at 6421 Ivy Lane.
Restaurants and food services
On-site restaurants are open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, and snacks for dine-in or take-out. Catering services are available for office meetings and company events.
There is a restaurant, lounge, and Starbucks at the on-site Greenbelt Marriott hotel.
Surface and garage parking
All buildings in the park have reserved executive garage parking available. In addition, there are ample free surface parking areas adjacent to each building.
